M2006C transferred to ELMOS Wafer Fab in Dortmund, Germany
The M2006C has been successfully transferred to the ELMOS 0.8µ technology where it is fabricated on 6 inch wafers. The M2006C integrated circuit was renamed to E910.92 to comply with the ELMOS chip numbering system. The device is fully compatible to the M2006C while some performance parameters have been improved during the transfer process.
