M2000C
Replaced with the E910.84
PIR Light Controller IC with IL-Dimmerâ„¢ Function
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The M2000C /E910.90 integrated circuit combines all required functions for a single chip PIR controller circuit for use in security lights and similar applications. Either a relay or a TRIAC can switch the load. The TRIAC driver circuit has been specifically designed to handle inductive loads (IL-Dimmerâ„¢). The device contains an on-chip rectifier and regulator to allow direct connection to the AC mains supply, via a current limiting resistor. Sensitivity, on-time, light brightness and fade time are adjustable with external resistors. The PIRIN input signal is directly converted to a digital signal. All further signal processing and functions are performed digitally, thereby eliminating drift, associated with most analog PIR controllers.
